Can I just say how pleased I am with my new computer, and the service Andy gave me in getting it? Sometimes, IT people seem to overlook something, or things don’t quite work out as the customer hoped. However, everything was transferred from my old ponderous laptop as I requested, and any initial teething troubles with the new machine (e.g. getting Photoshop back again, which Matt dealt with very efficiently) were soon sorted out.
